WeCare Services

An online service given to all our staff upon joining the company that offers 24/7 support. Staff can access a range of services including mental health support and counselling, GP consultations, wellbeing and dietary advice and guidance, financial support, and legal guidance. This service extends to immediate family members of the same household, as we appreciate that home-life is a priority for everyone.

External Coaching Sessions

All our staff are entitled to confidential one-2-one sessions during work hours with an experienced and qualified external life coach.

Corporate Gym Membership

All our staff are offered to participate in our corporate gym membership, giving them full access and use of our local gym at a reduced rate.

Team Building Exercises

We hold regular team building exercises throughout the year to encourage our employees to get to know one another and ensure good working relationships across the business.
